Gifts to the Faculty/Staff, Financial Aid, and Maintenance Funds help take the pressure off the School’s operating budget. These gifts help pay faculty and staff salaries and benefits, help provide need-based financial assistance to students, and help with facility maintenance and repair. Distributions during the fiscal year will be allowed at a maximum rate of 5% of the weighted average value of the funds for the prior three fiscal years. The Endowment Fund Committee comprised of trustees and administrative personnel are responsible for oversight of the Endowment Fund Policy.
